Reviews:
Computing with Kids by Jinny Gudmundsen
"Seven of these activities explore
worthwhile exploits like following directions to find fruit, playing memory and
logic games, matching baby animals with their parents, and participating in
creative art and craft activities. The other four activities are pure
arcade.
"Unfortunately, Zoboomafoo suffers from a rigid interface that presents the
11 games at specific intervals and does not allow the child control over the
play. It is also difficult to switch between the three difficulty levels
offered in these activities.
"However, the Kratt brothers respect and love of nature is obvious and
infectious. They create a caring world of nature that helps teach children to
appreciate the diverse world in which we live."
